Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your PM Designs purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Because our cork purses are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and pattern are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with the order.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
